Values Innovations, Inc. is a small, women-owned business with offices in Atlanta, GA and Fairfax, VA. We work with individuals and organizations of all types to reinforce the positive power of values and help reveal the way in which they impact the bottom line. Whether that bottom line is your personal happiness or your business profits; building leadship skills in children or at the management level of an organization;  earning the respect of your coworkers or increasing civility in the classroom - we help people meet those bottom line goals through the recognition, practice and reinforcement of the Five-to-Be-Alive and other core values.

And who are The Values Gals? We are...

Amy Miller Bailey has been mindfully living and applying her values to her personal and professional life for at least the past decade. Along with Liz Stubbs, Amy co-authored Maximize Your Values – They Count in Everything You Do , is the author of The Value Minute™ and is a contributing author of The Values Gals blog focused on values and their practice. She lives in Fairfax, VA with her husband Brian, two children, Chase and Claire, and dog, Chip.  Amy spent seven years in the technology industry working in the presales and sales divisions of large software corporations. Once Claire came along (child #2) she “retired” to spend more time with her children. Since 2001, in between raising children, she has worked part time for a consulting firm and as a Spanish teacher for elementary school children.  In 2001 Amy signed on as the General Manager of Values Count, LLC, a company whose mission during her tenure was to reinforce the practice of positive values. As GM all of her responsibilities focused directly or indirectly on that mission and the resulting benefits. In the last year Amy and Liz have created their own company – Values Innovations, Inc. – and brand – The Values Gals – to provide a female perspective on values (although men are not excluded). They are hoping to reach girls and women of all ages who will join them as an honorary “Values Gal” to propagate a positive values example for ALL to follow. Amy continues to teach Spanish on a part-time basis and has developed a Leadership class for “tweens” which she will begin teaching in the Spring of 2010. Click HERE to read more about Amy and her interests or email her at amy@thevaluesgals.com
